Online site fee payments are made via the ACCEPS payment system.
This service is provided by the Kingdom of Ansteorra, a branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.,
to allow participants at SCA events to pre-pay event fees using a credit card.
Navigating the ACCEPS payment system
- From the main ACCEPS page select 'Atenveldt' from the Kingdom menu. Click
the 'go to event selection' button.
- This takes you to the 'Atenveldt Event Selection' page; select 'Barony
of Twin Moons - Middle East Feast'. Click the yellow 'go to selection' button. You are now at the beginning
of the registration process for the event..

Things to know before using the Online Payment System
Visa or Mastercard are accepted through ACCEPS.
You will be charged a $1.00 fee for each financial transaction. This is non-refundable.
Online advance registration deadline is August 15th 2009.
To register online you will need the names (SCA & modern); age of children;
and SCA group, for each person you are paying for.
You will need a valid email address to receive a transaction receipt from ACCEPS.
Requests for refunds must be made by August
15th 2009 in writing to the Twin Moons Exchequer. ACCEPS cannot assist with any refunds.
On site registration will begin at 10am on Saturday August 29th 2009. Cash and checks
will be accepted.
Combined Feast & Site
fee Family Cap is $50.00 and is available through ACCEPS.
SCA Corporate policy states that
Family Cap pricing is only available to SCA members.
Registration transfers may be made onsite with original proof of purchase (ACCEPS
receipt) and written permission from the absent party.
